CargoPas is a digital freight management platform connecting shippers, carriers and customs brokers — automating booking, real-time tracking, documentation, and compliance workflows for cross-border cargo movement.
We built the entire platform: the shipper web app, carrier mobile app, and broker portal — all unified on a single data architecture with real-time event streaming so every party sees the same truth at the same time.
The Challenge
Untangling the Paper Trail That Slows Global Trade
Cross-border freight was drowning in manual paperwork — customs declarations filed by fax, carrier availability tracked via email chains, and cargo status updated through phone calls. A single shipment involved 8–12 parties and up to 40 document handoffs.
The client needed a platform to digitise the entire workflow, from booking to delivery confirmation, while integrating with national customs APIs across 12 countries — all without disrupting the existing broker relationships that kept the business running.
